TIA President Mr. Beligh Ben Soltane participated in the webinar held today on "The Green Energy Market in Tunisia" organised by the Embassy of Denmark in Tunisia and the Tunisian-Danish Chamber of Commerce.
The virtual meeting was opened by H.E. Ambassador of Denmark to Tunisia, Mrs. Vanessa Vega Saenz, the President of the Tunisian-Danish Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Mehdi Ben Abdallah and the Deputy Head of the Embassy of Tunisia in Denmark Mr. Wissem Boudriga.
Took part at this event, Mrs. Maja Østergaard, State of Green Project Manager who presented the Danish expertise and experience in renewable energy development. Business climate and investment opportunities prevailing in Tunisia were also highlighted by Mr. Belhassen Chiboub, Director General at the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mines, Mr. Beligh Ben Soltane, TIA President (Tunisia Investment Authority), and Mr. Hichem Anane, CEO of STEG (Société Tunisienne de l'Electricité et Gaz). Over 20 Danish businesses attended the meeting and had the opportunity to introduce their activities and expertise.
