The Pole of Investment Policies and Reforms

This pole is responsible for:
  • Developing proposals for investment policies
  • Proposing reforms in consultation with the private sector
  • Ensuring a monitoring role in the field of investment and preparing an annual report assessing investment policies

The Pole of Premiums and Incentives

This pole is responsible for:
  • Studying requests for financial incentives for projects with a value of over 15 million TND and projects of national interest.
  • Issuing an opinion on the granting of financial incentives for projects valued at 15 million TND and more.
  • Following up on files in coordination with the structures concerned.

The Pole of Coaching of Investors

This pole is responsible for:
  • Supervising and assisting the investor in all the administrative procedures relating to an investment project whose value is greater than 15 million TND
  • Studying, evaluating and monitoring projects of national interest

The Pole of the Evaluation and Control of the Premiums and Incentives

This pole is responsible for:
  • Ensuring the proper implementation of the incentive system at the TIA and other agencies operating in the field of investment in Tunisia.
  • Evaluating the system of awarding incentive bonuses and identifying the difficulties of applying the texts of laws.

The Pole of Support

This pole is responsible for:
  • Ensuring the management of the human resources and material means of the instance.
  • Elaborating the budget of management and investment.
  • Elaborating market records and their execution.
  • Elaborating the communication policy of the body and piloting the files of international cooperation.
